E-Commerce Packaging Associate
A self-starter to managing and fine tune the company’s startup ecommerce business. Duties include maintaining physical merchandise as well as its availability on the web store, managing shipping supplies, and ensuring all orders go out as promptly as possible. Strong customer service skills are also a must in order to handle any questions or issues that may arise with orders placed online, in-store or over the phone, in addition to helping out at the front counter when necessary.
Front Counter
An upbeat person with a love for cookies that provides amazing customer service. Not simply giving the customer what they ordered, but providing them with a positive experience that represents Anthony’s Cookies. Working directly with the cookies and ensuring the best quality cookies is served every time.
Baker
An eager person who is the final step in the production of these artisan cookies. Working with the batch production team, a baker is able to help ensure that only the best quality cookies are being produced, while adhering to the systems in place.
Kitchen/Batch Production
An enthusiastic person who helps in the process of making artisan cookies, by taking precise steps to create a deliciously consistent product each and every batch. From making sure all ingredients are available to scooping the actual mixes, Kitchen/Batch Production is a key part of what makes us Anthony’s Cookies.
Delivery
A punctual person who represents the Anthony’s Cookies brand while distributing product promptly to customers. Taking responsibility for delivering the best quality cookies to customer while providing them with a positive experience.
