While trying to think of a name for his burgeoning company (The Good Cookie? AC’S?), a friend remarked how people were always talking about and asking for “Anthony’s Cookies.” That same night, Anthony stayed up with an old high school comrade who happened to be a graphic designer and created the name and logo that still exists today.
It was a loyal customer who recognized that Anthony’s love of math was probably where his intuitive inclination for baking came from.
